Welcome to Friends of Dorothy
Welcome! An aspiring writer/editor/designer, I have been inspired to seek out and - hopefully! - publish a        volume of collected stories, anecdotes, essays and remembrances of gay men who have treasured "The Wizard of Oz" since its premier in 1939.   Growing up I, along with countless others, relied on its annual television viewing to get me through the rest of the year.  What a gift it would be to gather dozens/hundreds of heartfelt stories from gay men across the country - or the world - in tribute.
